We are looking to add another highly motivated and clinically capable dentist to join our practice full-time to accommodate our current patient flow. What You Can Expect
- $200,000 guaranteed salary or 30% of collections; whichever is higher
- Estimated total annual earnings: $200,000–$350,000+
- $20,000 annual student loan repayment assistance
- $5,000 annual CE reimbursement
- Health insurance: 80% premium covered for employee
- Dental care: Provided for associate and family (lab bills only)
- 401(k): Eligible after 90 days, with a 4% employer match
- Vacation policy: Unlimited, at owner’s discretion; up to two consecutive weeks at a time. Monthly guarantee adjusted to reflect days worked
- Relocation assistance: Negotiable
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (up to 4 days/week)
